At PACIFORA, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened.

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is unused

  • Product is in original packaging

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
